About Me

I have been a business professional for over 20 years and a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. I have a Master's of Science in Management degree with an emphasis in Health Care Management. 

I believe in a science based approach to massage that customizes treatment plans to a person's individual health needs. 

Continuing education is important for me to keep up with the latest research and to learn additional ways to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall wellbeing. 

For me, massage therapy is about helping people achieve the best results possible.
